when the third grades students had the test for barstudies, I got to be the judge for the drinks.
First they hade a writing test, then they came to me and had to show a drink.
I gave them points in how they did, if it was a good set up, decoration and the taste of the drink. :)
Oh, what a funny test. Whas it only traditional drinks, or could the students try to "come up" with there own mixes?
ReplyDeleteThe students needed to do traditional drinks lika Manhattan, margarita, cosmopolitan, dry martini.
DeleteHi, I just wondered whether you do not come in conflict with the Swedish alcohol regulations by doing this test? But I have to admit that it looks very inviting.
ReplyDeleteI wonder about the age of the students.. Have they reached 18?
ReplyDeleteÅsa, this session looks great. I teach new teachers and sometimes when they do practical sessions, they make cocktails as their skill session! It looks like it's a good chance to have a drink!
ReplyDeleteThe students are 18 this year, some of them have birthdays later this year, but the students can never drink the drink, but they are allowed to try the drink with a straw (when you put down the straw in the drink and then holds the tum above to hole and the lift it up and get a small sip)
ReplyDeleteThe school are allowed to serve alkohol during lunch and dinner service so probaly its ok to make drinks for the students, for learning, like in a normal restaurant. I really dont know, just guessing.
