The "classroom"

The students I have been with for this time use "a restaurant" as a classroom most of the times.
The school want it to the as simiular as a real restaurant so its open almost every weekday for all people to come and eat. Its always a 3 course menu for a very shep price, cuz the school can not make a to much of a profit cuz its public school.

    Hi Mia, we have younger students, they are between 16-19 years.

    It looks very nice! I think here in Finland, too, the restaurant students practice in similar settings. Are the students required to do an internship / practice period in some restaurant outside the school, too?
