Hotel and Tourist program, third grade, school subject: Serving 1

After recommandations from the branch council the school has chosen to have Serving 1 as a mandatory subject. In this lecture the task was to create a three course menu based on a selfchosen season.

    1. The made different presentations all in powerpoint and some of them made menues by hand. They were creative and didn´t only make a text but also decorated their presentation in a nice way. Most of the students made a autumn inspired menu. A lot of chanterelle and root vegetables. The presentations were just before lunchtime so we were all drooling over all the nice courses. :)
